Yeah, that does **** :( and there's no coming back from it unless you're going to play the long game.

Use the league for experimentation and set a guideline of re-setting the roster over 3-4 seasons to come at it again. But by then you're chilling with Ariel at the bottom of the sea with a Cleveland Browns-esque record, which is a very difficult thing to stomach. :(
