I imported my playbook from one league to another and was missing some plays do the type of plays depend on the coach?

The playbooks differ by coach. Your coach in one league may have a different play style than the coach in another league which means there are certain plays won't be available.

JDB says the playbooks are about 10 percent different between coaching styles.
