Qb coach empty, can't sign anyone

I'm not sure what to do. I have negative cash flow.... how do I fix this?

I don't know how much you are negative but an easy fix is to find lesser ranked PCs and sign them to minimum contracts.. $300k.

PCs have very little to do with development so paying them $5m is out of hand.. Plus it will free up money to go bigger on HC and OC/DC should you want an upgrade.
