Coach Poaching

Could we make it so you can't coach poach in Free Agency 5 right before the draft. If you get your coach poached at this point you have almost no chance to find a suitable replacement and you have to wait through the entire draft and into late free agency to sign one. This is especially frustrating for coordinators.
