coaching staff

what does the blue color bars in the rating of the coaches mean?. there are red bars and blue ones. does the blue's are not counting for his specialty or that's mean that there are potential to growth in that one?

The red bars represent the skill sets of the players that the coach influences (based on coach's position). Position coaches influence (25%) the progress of only those players for which he has responsibility, e.g., secondary/defensive backs. Coordinators influence (25%) the progress of all players for which he has responsibility, e.g., DC/all players on defense. Head coach influences (50%) the progress of all players on the team.
